The present study was carried out to study diversity of aquatic Hyphomycetes in Jannapura Lake of Shimoga District - Karnataka. Total 19 species belonging to 16 genera of aquatic Hyphomycetes were identified. Among them Tetracladia, Articolospora, Alatospora were dominating aquatic Hyphomycetes.
