Ambadi reservoir in Kinwat Taluka of Nanded District of Maharashtra represents 22 species of fish. These include 3 species of major carps, 3 of minor carps, 4 of murrels, 5 of cat fishes, 2 of snake fishes and 5 other species. Out of these species 18 are commercially important.
