The Ganesh variety of pomegranate was used for present study. Carbonated RTS beverage prepared with 15 per cent juice level and 12 per cent sugar with 0.3 per cent acidity level with carbonation at 80 psi CO2 pressure recorded highest organoleptic evaluation score and was found most acceptable.
