Abstract

A field trial was conducted during Rabi cropping seasons of 2006–07 and 2007–08 to evaluate bio-efficacy of Bacillus thuringiensis Berliner based formulations (Biolep, Dipel 8L, Bioasp, Biobit, Delfin, Bacticide, Halt and Spicturin). The formulations, were significantly superior over untreated control. Biolep proved to be the most effective in reducing fruit infestation during both the cropping seasons. All formulations significantly increased the yield of healthy fruits.
