Abstract

In all 64 species of Odonatans distributed over 35 genera belonging to 7 families were reported during 2007–2009. Shannon Weiner and Simpson Diversity Indices were 1.29 and 0.61 respectively indicating diversity and abundance of odonates in Amba reserve forest of Maharashtra State.
