Sixteen higher filamentous marine fungi comprising of 10 ascomycetes and 6 mitosporic fungi were isolated from the beach habitat. Corollospora filiformis, Savoryella longispora, Trichocladium constrictum and Trichocladium melhae are new records to the fungi of Gujarat.
