Abstract

Field experiment was conducted for the screening of rose varieties for their relative resistance/susceptibility against Heliothis of rose at horticulture Farm, Aspee College of Horticulture and Forestry, Navsari Agricultural University, Navsari during November 2006 to October 2007. Out of ten varieties of rose, White moster piece and Montreal had minimum number of larvae and bud damage. While varieties Gladiator and Sophiya coren had maximum number of larvae and bud damage due to H. armigera.
