Sunflower hybrid KBSH-53 threshed by stick beating along with gunny bag recorded significantly higher seed recovery (90.60%), germination percentage (91.67%), field emergence (91.00%) and seedling vigor index I (2705) as compared to KBSH-41 hybrid (89.00%, 88.30%, 77.00% and 1932 respectively).
