Abstract

In present investigation effect of two chemical mutagens, EMS and SA in M1 generation of soybean variety JS-335 was studied. All the concentrations of both the mutagens affected different biological parameters like seedling height, frequency of plants carrying leaf morphological changes, frequency of plants carrying chlorophyll chimeras and pollen sterility. All these parameters exhibited dose dependentvariability.
