Abstract

Sclerotinia sclerotiorum was isolated from infected parts of French bean (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) and confirmed with pathogenicity test.Highest oxalic acid production was in the isolate Ss3 (160.64 μg mg−1 dry wt.). While halo to colony (H/C) ratio of different isolates ranged between 1.03 and 1.38.
