A total of 24 villages of Morena, Bhind and Gwalior were surveyed in kharif season 2004 – 05 and 2005 – 06 to assess the severity of rust in pearl millet. On the basis of two years data, the range of 0.0 to 15.84 percent of rust severity was recorded in three districts. The means severity of rust in Bhind, Morena and Gwahor was 6.93, 2.36 and 1.56 percent respectively.
