This study comprised of 200 working & 200 non working educated mother's. Children drawn through random sampling method in the city of Varanasi. It was concluded on the basis of this study that human being is a social creature, whereas reality is that a child is a living creature at the time of birth & there is no social characteristics in him except for his physical appearance. From the very beginning parents train their children for a different behaviour according to their own culture and social rules, there after definitaly the child's behaviour is socially acceptable otherwise he would be deprived of social behaviour an humanities. There is a difference between the family activities and discipline of the children of working & non working mothers, in which occupational coexistence of mothers, social & economic level affect differently on the behaviour of the offspring.
