Swarna Jayanti Gram Swarozgar Yozana is a holistic programme. The main aim of this scheme is to cover 30 percent of BPL families from each block with the objective of bringing them to APL with in a span of three years by increasing their annual income. The scheme has been funded by centre & the state government in the ration of 75: 25. The present investigation was carried out in Morar Block of Gwalior district. Total 120 Swarozgaries were selected for the study. 50 percent of Swarozgaries were founded in medium group (Rs. 20000 to 40,000) and 28.33 percent were found in general income group (> Rs. 40000). Personal and socio economic factors namely education, type of family, size of land holding, occupation socio economic status, source of information & attitude towards scheme were found significant relationship with their increase in annual income.
