Abstract

The experiment was conducted on studies of secondary nutrients on growth quality leaf production of Arjuna under tropical region during 2006–07 and 2007-8 at kendriya tassar research and training Institute Jharkhand (India). Results revealed that the secondary nutrients help in growth leaf production and quality of arjuna tree. Under different ten treatments the spraying of megnessium sulphate @ 2 g/tree was more effective and gave leaf production 30.17% higher as compared to control. This treatment also increased significantly leaf moisture, protein, carbohydredes, minerals as compared to control.
