Paddy is grown all over the world as most important staple crop. This study was conducted in Dabara block of Gwalior district during the year 2009. The study included the five recommended package of practices of paddy cultivations technology viz. improved seed, seed treatment, sowing method, recommended dose of fertilizer and plant protection. Total 120 farmers (Small & Medium land holders) were selected for the study. The study reveals that 36.67 percentage of the respondents had fully adopted the improved seed, 50.83 percentage of the respondents had treated the seed treatment, 48.33 per cent of the respondents had fully used the recommended methods of sowing and 40.00 per cent of the respondents had partially adopted the plant production measures and overall 34.50 percent of the respondents had low adoption in all recommended package of practices of paddy cultivations technology.
