The date of sowing 0–1 and 0–2 did not show significant results in cotton yield, but they were at par but significant low yield D-l 25.3% and 0–2 20.1%. The bed sowing method significantly superior than flat sowing method. The yield was increased 30.4%. The germination percent and yield attributing characters obtained higher in that of these treatments.
