The experiment was conducted at Research cum- Instructional Farm, Indira Gandhi Krishi Vishwavidyalaya, Raipur during 2009. With a view to find out effective weed management practice under System of Rice Intensification (SRI). Results indicated that application fenoxaprop-p-ethyl + ethoxysulfuron (20 and 35 DAT) produced maximum yield, yield attributing characters, harvest index, weed index, net return and B:C ratio, however, it was statistically at par with hand weeding. All the weed management practices were effective and significantly enhanced the yield over control.
