Abstract

The present experiment was carried out during kharif 2010 at College of Agriculture, Gwalior (M.P.). The study was done on the effect of varieties and fertility levels on seed yield of Pigeonpea. On the basis of result it was found that Pigeonpea variety ICPI 87 witnessed maximum growth yield attributes and seed yield as compared to other varieties. Application of 75% RDF + 5t FYM fertility level showed significantly higher growth, yield attributes protein yield, net return and B.C. ratio. Pigeonpea variety JKM 7 and 100% RDF ranked in second.
