A field experiment was conducted during kharif season 2010 at agronomy farm on loamy sand soil, S.K.N. College of Agriculture, Jobner (Rajasthan). On the basis of one year data results revealed that application on 6 t vermicompost + 100% RDF (Recommended dose of fertilizer for pearl millet was 60 kg N and 30 kg P2O5/ha) resulted in significantly higher grain yield (20.80 q/ha), while 100% levels of fertility (RDF) without vermicompost was found economical fetching highest return (Rs. 16532/ha) and benefit: cost ratio of (2.33).
