Abstract

An field experiment was conducted during kharif season of 2012 at Agriculture College Farm Gwalior. On the basis of result data drip irrigation with IW/CPE ratio 1.0 gave the significantly higher yield attributing characters, yield, water use efficiency rtet retutnand B:C ratio over rest of the treatments. However harvest index was maximum under IW/CPE ratio of 0.8 along with border strip irrigation method.
