Abstract

The experiment was conducted at RVSKVV college farm Gwalior during kharif 2012 to find out the effect of varieties and fertility levels on yield attributes and yield of pigeonpea. The result revealed that the variety ICPL-87 gave significantly higher yield (1558.3Kg/ha), net return (Rs. 66767/ha) and BC ratio (4.83) as compared to other varieties. As regards fertility levels, the application of 75% RDF with 5 t/ha FYM recorded significantly higher yield (15574 Kg/ha) net profit (Rs 61928/ha) and BC ratio(3.81) as compared to other fertility levels.
