Abstract

A field experiment was carried out at the Research Farm, Department of Agronomy, College of Agriculture, RVSKVV, Gwalior (M.P.) during kharif 2013–14. Treatment two hand weeding at 20 and 40 DAS recorded significantly higher grain yield (673.61 kg/ha) followed by Propaquizafop 10% EC @ 50 g a.i./ha PoE (515.83 kg/ha). Treatment two hand weeding at 20 and 40 DAS recorded significantly higher weed control efficiency(95.5%), followed by PoE application of treatment Propaquizafop 10% EC @ 100 g a.i./ha PoE (73.08%). Treatment two hand weeding at 20 and 40 DAS also gave highest values for economical parameters viz., B:C ratio (2.81) and net income (48703.32/ha) followed by treatment Propaquizafop 10% EC @ 50 g a.i./ha PoE.
