Abstract

An experiment was conducted during 2014–15 at the Research Orchard of Horticulture, College of Agriculture Gwalior to study the interaction effect of different rooting media and IBA concentration on growth and success of survivability of air layers in acid lime. Results revealed that maximum fresh and dry weight of root 0.75 and 0.22 g, respectively, success of rooting percentage (92.67), Growth characters and survivability percentage (85.27) was recorded with treatment combination of soil + vermicompost + cocopeat with IBA 2000 ppm.
