Abstract

Chromosome word is originanated from greek word which means chroma for color and body for soma. Scientist community gave the hypothesis because chromosome is part of cell, which is seen after staining with colored stain chromosome is thread like sturucture which is located in neucleus of human, animal and plant cells. Each chromosome is made up of proteins and DNA molecules which is inherited from the parents. DNA contain specific information which made it unique from each other, this chromosome is trasmitted as it is in cell division from one parent to another daughter cells. During the cell division sometimes changes oocure in their number and structures, which causes some genetical disorder. In this study we have collected the tissue sample from animal slaughter house Jabalpur and department of surgury NDVSU Jabalpur. After that we developed the cell line for chromosomal analysis to check any genetical disorder of three domestic animal including goat, cat and buffalo. We found there is no any genetical disorder and they are genetically fit. This study can be used for ecnomically benificial animals to check there genetic health.
