Abstract

In the fields, a vast population of the microorganisms is flourishing along side of the plants. This microbial population is structurally and functionally diversified and this diversification is the strength of the population. Presently, fast emerging chemicalization of agriculture is a worry for all concerned. Therefore, the concept of developing microbial application-based agricultural practices and reducing cost of production and minimizing the usage of agricultural chemicals in the fields with the help of microbial based practices is largely being realized.
