This is a time of lockdown. During the stay home order nobody is spared. Government is focusing on Online education. Various Universities are sharing online platform for learning. Today Whatsapp has become a big medium of communication among the College students. The objective of present research is to study the usefulness of whatsapp in education. A survey was conducted on 100 Undergraduate students of GBPUA&T, Pantnagar of both genders. Data was collected through online questionnaire. The results revealed that whatsapp is an effective medium of information sharing as well as education.
