The study has been finding out the growth and characteristics of Gender in ICT from the conference proceedings of Europe based “International Federation of Information Processing (IFIP) conferences on Women, Work and Computerization”. Over 191 articles for the period of 1984 to 2000 are collected from conference proceedings for this study. This article analyzed to study year wise publication, authorship patterns, author's productivity and prominent contributors, major theme wise distribution, country wise distribution, etc.
