Hundreds of recent publications focus on how users interact with or how they feel about electronic library resources. Today availability of e-resources in special libraries is increasing. But their proper and maximum use is a matter for discussion. The present paper examines the existence of various ICT & e-resources and their uses in Special Libraries in Tamil Nadu.
