Redesigning of information system & services in the era of web 2.0

The paper discusses about redesigning library and information services in context with changing ICT scenario. With the advent of web 2.0 technology, there has been tremendous urge in libraries to keep up with the time. The article highlights changing needs of information users with the touch of information resources in electronic formats and impact of electronic information resources on library professionals. It discusses the user services redesign and process redesign while understanding the changes.
