Information search pattern of research scholars in anna university: An investigative study

The study aims to ascertain the demographic characteristics, library use, information need, sources of information, information seeking pattern, performance of the library in satisfying the needs of the research scholars, and barriers to use of library resources among the research scholars of Anna University, Chennai. A questionnaire instrument was designed along with Likert's Five-point Scale. The target population of this study constitutes full-time and part-time research scholars from eight departments of Anna University in Chennai.
