Abstract

The study intends to identify the factors that influence customer satisfaction and customer perception on installation service and after sale service of software vendors. Interview and questionnaire method were used to collect the relevant data.

Findings indicate the customers’ perception on Product, Price, Promotion and Place also installation and after sale services.
