Abstract

In this paper, the author highlights various aspects of Google Applications such as Google Apps for Business, Google Apps for Education and apps for personal use. These applications are examined in great detail with respect to edition (Standard & premier), cost, features and storage space. Aside from historical perspective of these applications, the author also describes the practical usage of these applications in school, university, business settings and libraries. The paper concludes with the strong position in support of these applications due to their low (or no) cost factor and their ability to integrate more tools in future.
