Abstract

The paper presents the electronic journal aspects specially in an academic environment. The e-journals pave a smooth way to research community but present the management hardships for the librarians. This paper highlights the usage and application of e-journals in CCS University Meerut. This concentrates on various aspects such as financial constraints as well as technological achievements. Paper concludes with the idea of future of e-journals in the library management particularly for Arts and Humanities fields.
