Abstract

In this paper, we used interval valued intuitionistic fuzzy numbers (IVIFN) and interval valued intuitionistic fuzzy matrix. Interval valued intuitionistic fuzzy numbers, each of which is characterized by the degree of membership and the degree of non-membership of an element, are a very useful means to depict the decision information in the process of group decision making. Hamming distance is used to calculate the distance between the preference vectors. Finally, the interval valued intuitionistic fuzzy group decision making problem is solved by TOPSIS method.
