In this paper we propose the comparative study of segregation behaviour of a zygote remains unchanged if the alleles are interchanged in autotetraploid, autohexaploid and autooctaploid under selection in equilibrium state. Also we discuss the optimization of gamete frequencies in a autohexaploid and autooctaploid population.
