Abstract

Among several techniques to control the quality, acceptance sampling plans are introduced mainly to accept or reject the lots of finished products. Such type of techniques are involved in the product which are destructive where 100% inspection is not possible such as bullets, batteries, bulbs and so on. In this paper we consider CASP-CUSUM Schemes based on the assumption that the continuous variable under consideration follows a truncated Log-logistic Distribution. The Log-logistic Distribution plays a vital role in Statistical Quality Control, particularly in estimating reliability by considering its distribution. Optimum CASP-CUSUM Schemes are suggested based on numerical results obtained.
