Abstract

In this paper, we have discussed electromagnetic field equations on the basis of phenomenological point of view and using three dimensional analysis under the condition that observer or material media be rotating with respect to inertial frame. We have also tried to obtain the electromagnetic field equations in isotropic, homogeneous medium, performing arbitrary accelerated motion with respect to inertial frame, when the observer is at rest and corelated the electromagnetism with gravitomagnetism by general relativity
