Proteins are the building block of living body and here we are dealing with some specific proteins are involve in the breast cancer in the women. Plasma samples of normal healthy persons and cancer patients reported with abnormality were compared with controls by electrophoresis. The molecular weight of a protein which was found in the test was determined by using molecular weight markers.
Methods used for the analysis are plasma separation, tissue extraction, SDS-PAGE and Native PAGE.
These proteins used as marker for the diagnosis of any specific subject. The protein of molecular weight 64478Da was found unique in the plasma of Breast Cancer when the control plasma was studied as compared with Breast cancer.
