The EUS affected fishes, Channa gachua were caught from local water body of Bhopal and brought to the laboratory. They exhibited symptoms like loss of scales and appearance of haemorrhages and ulcers on the general surface of body. Bacteriological examination of fishes showed the presence of two types of bacteria viz. Aeromonas hydrophila and Pseudomonas fluorescens.
