In this paper, we have used the fuzzy relation on evaluating the diagnosis system with an emphasis on related environmental factors. In the modern concept, disease is due to a disturbance in the delicate balance between man and his environment. The influence of age on susceptibility and the complicated environment in which he is living are considered more crucial in disease arise. An attempt has been made in certain level to enlighten those hidden points. For this, we formed an index for the diagnosis and its related factors, which is based on the multistep transmission process of fuzzy relation.
