Abstract

We know the Hardy-Weinberg Law of genetic equilibrium "gene frequency in a population remain constant from generation to generation" if no evolutionary process like migration, mutation, selection, genetic drift and sudden death of large number of individuals in a population are operating. In this paper we establish state of the population and prove the sum of the genotype frequency of individuals is constant (=1) through two dimensional simplex method.
