The hoppers were developed, designed and fabricated in an in- house facility. Every hopper contained sets of repulsion tubes, which were used to improve mixing. The 60 hopper gave better results than the 45 so the degree of hopper. The flow property of granular materials like rice, moong daal, lenticles, semolina etc., in hoppers having repose angles like 30 , 45 , 60 and 90 with different combinations of the repulsion tubes was also explored. The segregation of different particles by the segregator had done in which the increment of angle of segregator at 0.98° then the segregation is clearly visible. The novelty of these hoppers is the property of energy free mixing with different angles (30°, 45°, 60° and 90°) of discharge.
