Impact of lower dose of Zn, Pb on Amylase, Protease and level of Protein& soluble, T-Heavy metal in Imbibed seeds of Cicer Arietinum CVS.

Imbibed seeds of Cicer arietinum cv-c-235 and H-208 with 2.5x10⁻⁵ M of zinc sulphate (Zn) and Lead acetate (Pb) exhibited variable changes in enzyme activities i.e. stimulation in amylase activity in seeds of cv H-208 and inhibition in protease activity in seeds of cv c-235, whereas insignificant changes were noted in level of protein N, soluble N and total heavy metal in seeds of both cvs.
