Cancer treatment is enormous challenge for our science and economic society, it is resistance against various conventional anticancer therapies, hence require an alternative cancer therapy that is specific to cancer cells and does not show any adverse effects to neighbour normal cells. Natural and modified bacteria specifically used as a potential anti-cancer agent. A couple of bacteria can be grown in hypoxic region of tumor and their spores are likewise utilized for cancer treatment. Further need to investigate the mechanisms of action of bacteria and its spores that accountable for cancer treatment.
