This paper explores with case history the role of management policies of a company for enhancing productivity and profitability of the company. In turning around an ailing company, effective management policy implementation plays a key role. The focuses are Operations Management and Human Resource Management practices along with joint applications of these practices. The paper also analyses the key indicators on team's productivity to increase profitability.
