A Study on Consumer’s Buying Behaviour towards Ecological Products in Mathura and Agra Regions

Abstract

Eco-pleasant goods and eco-friendly marketing have turned into an extremely striking theme. Companies are continuously demanding to locate the most excellent method to attain the clients with their environmental communication. These both are focusing additionally on eco-friendly and in progress towards giving extra concentration towards defence of surroundings. In this paper, we find out the outcome of ecological yield on client- purchasing behaviour.

I studied this concept in the city of Mathura & Agra and selected 100 sample sizes of ecological consumers. I collected the data through questionnaire with focusing the following objectives:

Customer buying behaviour towards ecological products in Mathura & Agra.

What are the factors which influence the consumer’s buying judgement of eco-friendly products?

What are the challenges faced by consumers and how to sort out these troubles?

A well-defined research methodology was formulated to attain these objectives effectively and efficiently. I analysed the collected data with the help of different statistical tools out of which some major tools are percentage, average and Likert scale.

After this and by the understanding, I found that results were consequent. From this study, it is initiated that the majority of the clients in Mathura & Agra were aware about ecological product dilemma in the market. I found an optimistic approach and action about eco-friendly products.
