The study is based on primary data collected from 200 faculty members using random sampling methods from different departments. The data have been further analyzed by using various statistical methods and tools. The result of the study would be helpful in bringing forward some of the areas where the authority and institutional experts focus their attention to reduce the stress complexities by giving priorities to provide a stress-free educational environment for the best outcomes of the academicians, especially in higher institutions.
