Thirty F1 hybrids of cauliflower involving twelve parental lines with four pollinators were studied to work out the extent of heterosis for yield and its contributing traits during February-March of 2005. Cross combination DC-26-1x PG-26 exhibited maximum heterobeltiosis over better parent for net curd weight. This cross combination also recorded desirable significant heterosis for other component characters viz. plant spread, whole plant weight, days to curd maturity and curd diameter.
