Abstract

India the seasons of the year are divided into six phases, with summer, monsoon and winter. In summer, we do not feel well. Humid weather during monsoons causes many health problems which can be a nuisance. But even though the winter is cold, the pinkness of it is desirable. It brings happiness to the mind. After the monsoons, the weather changes, so the vegetables start to ripen a lot. New grains begin to appear. Nature gives abundance according to the seasons All you need is a vision to take it. That is why some changes in diet are necessary to cope with the cold. This is a golden age for those who want to gain weight.
