Development of quality culture in higher education

Abstract: The present article asserts the need of quality in higher education in order to achieve certain aims. It highlights the stereotyped nature of the various courses which are being offered by our education system. It also stresses on the need of modifying our education system with the view to make it employment oriented for the students. The article also offers certain remedial measures that are needed to be taken to achieve this end.
